Custom Video Process

Pre Communication

What happens once you contact me; I'll do my utmost to reply to you in a timely manner, do keep in mind I'm a busy bee for a reason ;)
Upon agreement to your commission I will be able to set a shoot date for you, and I will plan to edit and send to you the very same day its shot.

To secure your custom into my calendar I'll ask for you to send me 20% deposit of the custom up front.
And 100% upfront for anything needed prior to filming such as props/clothing you've requested, I usually try to find the items on Amazon to add to my wishlist so you can secure this yourself and know you'll be happy with the product.
I will need to know the following details so I can decide on an appropriate date for your custom;
Length of the film
Any specific clothing or costume

Filming and editing

Once filmed and edited I'll send over a few screen grabs so you can feel assured that its ready for you, along with the images I'll ask for the remaining 80% to be sent over.
Once received, I'll send your custom over to you via Wetransfer and again send you a screengrab of your custom being uploaded.

Its as easy as that, and hopefully along each step of the process you can feel secure in knowing you'll receive the film you asked for.

Prior to the shoot date
I'll be in touch with you to be sure you're ready for your custom to be filmed, I do this because I do understand that peoples financial circumstances change so if you're no longer able to pay for the remaining 80% then I may have time to fit another customer in instead.
You will have 2 weeks from the day I contact you to agree to another shoot date with me to go ahead with the custom. If I don't hear from you within that timeframe you will lose your deposit and the process will start again.

If you're happy for me to go ahead with filming, then great!

Custom Photoset Process

Much like the above, I'll need as much detail as you can provide about what you would like in your custom photoset.
Photosets don't usually need as much set up time for me, and they don't take as long to shoot, so I can usually book a photoset in quite quickly. Although depending on the complexity of the ties and such, I may need to schedule it around when I'm shooting with either my partner or another photographer.
I will of course let you know what I think is best, and whether I feel I can shoot your set safely on my own.

I will ask for for a 20% deposit, same as for custom videos, and the same rules apply.

I will be in touch with you once editing has been completed and ask you for the remaining 80%. Once received I'll Wetransfer the photoset over to you.
